Parent volunteers who plan to volunteer directly with students or volunteer more than 4 times throughout the school year need to take Called to Protect training. These trainings are being offered on September 8, September 21, and October 4.
If a volunteer has already completed the video training in a previous year, they will only need to complete an online module to become up-to-date for 2016-2017 year.
On Wednesday, Sept. 21st at 6pm in the Library guest speaker, Ty Eisbach, from Carroll College, will be here to discuss what the admissions process looks like, covering areas from letters of recommendation, to the college essay, grades, extracurricular activities, etc. during the first hour.
