La Salle Prep will host the High School Placement Test (HSPT) on December 6 and 9. Extended time will be offered only on December 6 for students currently on an accommodation plan.

The Admissions Application has three parts, and all three forms must be submitted for the application to be considered complete: 

• Demographic Information & $65 application fee
• Parent Questionnaire
• Student Questionnaire

Admissions Portal

You will request the following documents in your admissions account.

Teacher Evaluation Forms: All forms should be submitted by current teachers and school administrators during the application period.

• English Teacher Evaluation
• Math Teacher Evaluation
• Principal/Counselor Evaluation

Transcripts: You must complete the parent/guardian release form in your admissions account to request transcripts.

• Report cards from 7th grade and the first semester/trimester of 8th grade
• Standardized testing (if available)
• Attendance and behavior records

Once each form is submitted by the appropriate school staff, your admissions checklist will automatically update to show the form was received.

If you are applying to more than one Catholic high school, you should link your forms between school admissions accounts to avoid duplicate requests.

Families who meet the January 9 priority deadline will have admissions decisions and financial aid/scholarship information mailed on March 5. This same information will also be sent via email at 5:00 PM on March 6, 2026.

Families must complete enrollment contracts in their admissions account by the end of the day on March 19 to secure their student's spot in the Class of 2030!
