Complete the financial aid application through FACTS Management. FACTS estimates a family’s ability to pay tuition based on a variety of factors, including family size, income, assets, net worth, and other pertinent data.

Applicants for 2026-27 must upload copies of the following documents:

• 2024 Federal tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules
• 2024 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
• Supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation and TANF

Families who meet the January 9 application deadline will receive a notification letter in their enrollment packet, which is mailed on March 5. Information will also be available in their admissions account on the second page of the enrollment contract.

We encourage all families to apply for financial aid if they anticipate needing help with tuition costs. There is no predetermined level of earnings automatically disqualifying families from receiving tuition assistance.

Applicants with the same income level may have other factors considered, such as the number of students at La Salle, assets owned and other personal circumstances. The determination is made on a case-by-case basis, and the school assists families with need although does not support lifestyle choices that might otherwise be able to be used for tuition.

• Income: Defined as pre-tax earnings from wages, business activity, investments, rental income, etc.
• Other Assets: Savings, stocks, home equity, etc.
• Family Size: Living allowances taking into account the number of people in a household and costs associated with expenses such as food, medical needs, and child care.
• Family Educational Commitments: Other parochial or private school tuition or college tuition for siblings.
• Unique Family Circumstances: This includes medical emergencies or other unexpected necessities.
• Divorced, separated, or never-married parents: Both custodial and non-custodial parents are required to submit a FACTS application as a part of the process. This is regardless of any legal arrangement. Exceptions to this are only granted upon written request, which must contain a full explanation of why both parents are unable to complete the required forms.

Your chances of receiving a financial aid award are decidedly better if you submit your application by the priority deadline of January 9, 2026.  However, your application will still be reviewed in a second review process that will occur in April 2026.

Students are accepted with the understanding that they will remain enrolled at La Salle Prep for the entire academic year. The school makes financial obligations to its faculty and staff based on this understanding and early withdrawals do not relieve the school of these important obligations. Therefore, it is understood by the parents and the school that tuition will be refunded based on the following schedule:

• 100% of the semester tuition is considered non-refundable and due in full after six (6) weeks of attendance in a given semester.
• 50% of the semester tuition will be due after four (4) weeks of attendance in a given semester.
• Semester tuition is defined as one half of the full year tuition rate as published in your student's tuition contract.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• If a student is withdrawn from school for reasons beyond the control of the student or parents/guardian, the family may apply for relief by written request to the President.

Yes! Parents may choose from one of the following tuition payment plan options:

• Plan A (One payment): One annual payment; due in full on or before August 1st
• Plan B (Two payments): Two semiannual payments; due August 1st and December 1st
• Plan C (Monthly payments): Twelve equal monthly payments made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be deducted on the 20th of each month, beginning in July. Subject to a $180 finance charge.
