La Salle Prep is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of 15 men and women who volunteer their time and professional expertise to provide moral and financial governance to our school. La Salle’s president/principal serves at the discretion of the board and is responsible for the school's day-to-day operations.
The president/principal’s senior academic administrative team consists of three vice principals and an athletic director, all of whom are responsible for the academic, curricular, co-curricular, and student-based operations.
The president/principal’s advancement and business operations teams are directed by an executive director/chief financial officer along with an advancement vice president and a foundation and scholarship vice president.
These teams, supported by 95 full- and part-time faculty and staff as well as seasonal coaches, carry out the daily operations of the school.
In addition, La Salle Prep is supported by the 15-member La Salle Catholic College Preparatory Educational Foundation Board, the 10-member Alumni Association Board, and countless parent volunteers who help plan and staff fundraisers, service projects, gatherings, and other events that benefit the school, its students, and the community.
