La Salle Prep is governed by a Board of Trustees made up of 13 men and women who volunteer their time and professional expertise to provide moral and financial governance to our school. La Salle’s president serves at the discretion of the board and is responsible for the school's day-to-day operations.
The senior academic administrative team consists of the principal, two vice principals and an athletic director, all of whom are responsible for the academic, curricular, co-curricular, and student-based operations.
The advancement and business operations teams are directed by a chief operating officer/chief financial officer along with an advancement vice president.
These teams, supported by full- and part-time faculty and staff as well as seasonal coaches, carry out the daily operations of the school.
In addition, La Salle Prep is supported by the 13-member La Salle Catholic College Preparatory Educational Foundation Board, the 13-member Alumni Association Board, and countless parent volunteers who help plan and staff fundraisers, service projects, gatherings, and other events that benefit the school, its students, and the community.
