Academic Philosophy

La Salle Prep is a vibrant learning community where academic curiosity and ethical responsibility converge. Led by dedicated and caring teachers, we offer a range of Honors and Advanced Placement programs that provide unique opportunities for academic challenge and growth. Engaging teachers lead small classes through rigorous courses designed to cultivate the knowledge and critical thinking skills students need to succeed beyond high school.

This section of our website will give you information about our courses, graduation requirements, and 1:1 mobile learning program. You'll also find links to academic resources including our counselors

We hope this helps you understand our academic program. With the strength of our amazing teachers, and God's blessing and grace, La Salle students are challenged to reach their highest potential.

Student Schedules & Schedule Change Requests:
Schedules for 2020-21 are available now only on the desktop version of PowerSchool until Sept. 8, at which time students will have access to the PowerSchool Mobile App.
Schedules have been built based on a cohort model required for the eventual transition to hybrid in-person learning. To maintain required class sizes, schedule changes will occur only when necessary. Approved reasons for schedule changes include:
  1. Student was enrolled in the incorrect level course.
  2. Student is missing a graduation requirement.
  3. Student is requesting an Honors Pass or iStudy. (This is possible only if it does not impact graduation requirements or college entrance requirements to Oregon public universities.
If you need to request a schedule change, please contact your student's counselor through the corresponding schedule change request form below:
