Parents » Volunteer

La Salle's programs and events depend on volunteers and we're grateful for every person who lends a hand! We welcome and encourage parents, past parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends of La Salle to volunteer at the school throughout the year, too.

All volunteers are required to have a valid background check on file. If you plan to volunteer three or more times per school year, you're required to take a training class titled "Called to Protect." Background checks are valid for three years and your first Called to Protect training must be done in person during a scheduled class. Called to Protect is updated yearly online. The 2018-19 module is posted below. For a new background check, please complete the paperwork below and email back to Melanie McCaffrey along with a copy of your driver's license.
