Tough times can create great music, said La Salle music teacher Mr. Otto Wild.
This fall, he had each of the students in his choir and guitar classes create a 16-measure rap song. The lyrics could focus on themselves or Covid.-19.
Students wrote the lyrics, then, using GarageBand, created the tracks and instrumentation. It short, said Mr. Wild "they created pure magnificence."
“These rap songs are non-stop, top-notch, hop-scotch, gotta-watch brilliance,” he said. “Once you listen to one, you will listen to them all.”Check out some of songs students agreed to share with the world. Enjoy!
