If you have a horse and love to ride, La Salle’s OHSET would love to have you join our team!
What is OHSET?
Oregon High School Equestrian Teams is an OSAA program dedicated to promoting and organizing equestrian competition at the high school level. The classes of competition are divided into Pattern, Time and Team.
Who can participate?
Any La Salle student with a horse and transportation may participate. All levels and styles of riding are welcome.
When are the competitions?
Competition is a winter/spring sport season. Practice begins in November. There will be three district meets held in the moths of February, March and April. The State Championships are held in May.
What are the fees?
The basic fee per athlete is determined yearly by the district and will cover the direct cost of competition. Any other fees will be associated to competition stalls and uniform.
