Why do we have a Student Fundraiser?
At the core of our Lasallian mission is our commitment to providing an excellent education to all students regardless of their financial means. Proceeds from the sale of wreaths and apples help bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of education, an annual gap of approximately $1 million, providing every family a $2,305 subsidy. The Student Fundraiser, the only school-wide student fundraiser, is a vital program that allows La Salle to provide financial assistance to over 50% of the student body.
Due to the success of the Student Fundraiser and other annual fundraising efforts, La Salle has been able to cover more and more of the fundraising gap. The addition of the Jazz apples in 2010 has more than doubled our net income from the Student Fundraiser. Last year was the most successful Student Fundraiser to date, with a net profit of over $85,000!

How does the Student Fundraiser work?
Each La Salle Prep student is required to sell a minimum of 15 'units.' One unit is defined as one wreath or swag, ten feet of garland, or one box of 25 apples.
At the end of the selling period in May 2015, families who have not met their 15 unit requirement will be billed for the remaining units at $20.00 per unit. For example, if you sell 10 units, you will be billed $100 (5 outstanding units x $20=$100.) Families who have questions or concerns about their ability to sell their required units should contact Lauren Craven.
The wreath, swag, and garland selling period for 2014-2015 is over, so only apples are available for the remainder of the school year. The next order deadlines are posted below, and deliveries are scheduled for January, March, and April.
How do I pickup my apples?
Students may sell Jazz apples throughout the school year for pick up during November, January, March, and April. Apples will be available for pick up according to the dates listed below, and pick up is on campus in the La Salle Center.

To purchase apples you can use this online form or download the printable form. Please turn in all printed forms with the required amount of payment to the main office by the deadlines listed above according to your desired delivery dates.
