Faith & Service
La Salle's Campus Ministry leaders invite all students to go on a personal journey of faith. Through our religion classes, community liturgies, service to those in need, commitment to social justice, and annual class retreats, our students develop an ethical and moral framework that will remain with them throughout their lives.
Let us remember that we are in the holy presence of God. In our community, each student is know, heard, respected, and cherished as a child of God. Our Catholic Lasallian charism is rooted in the rich traditions of St. John Baptist de La Salle and the Christian Brothers, whose educational mission is based on faith, relationships, and service to those in need.
All are welcome. Approximately 60% of our families are Catholic. We invite and embrace students of all religious traditions in our inclusive and diverse community.
Service Learning projects promote personal and spiritual growth, a commitment to social justice, compassion for others, and respect for oneself. We believe that education reaches it's full potential only when it is used to serve the world.
Student retreats strengthen community and faith. All students participate annual in a variety of off-site retreats to build community and allow time for personal reflection. The Journey Retreat, available to juniors and seniors, is a two-day retreat that many students call their most transformational experience at La Salle.
