Event Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to all events requiring registration and/or payment, unless otherwise specified in event materials.

General Refund Guidelines

• Refund Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the event coordinator at least 30 days before the event date to be eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refunds: Requests made 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, subject to event-specific expenses already incurred.
• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for requests received 13 days prior to the event, or for no-shows.
• Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days of cancellation.
   

Transfer of Registration

• If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant by notifying the event coordinator at least 3 days prior to the event.
